About Dr. Chaudhry

Aaila Chaudhry, MD, is a highly-skilled board certified ophthalmologist at Suburban Eye Associates, which has three locations in Huntingdon Valley, Jenkintown, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Chaudry's mission is to provide the highest-quality eye care to patients living in and around southeastern Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Chaudhry completed her ophthalmology training at the Temple University and Lewis Katz School of Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the first person to complete the pediatric fellowship at the Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital in association with Wills Eye Hospital and Jefferson Medical School in Wilmington, Delaware.  

At Suburban Eye Associates, Dr. Chaudhry treats various ocular conditions, including dry eyes, diabetic eye disease, floaters, glaucoma, headaches, macular degeneration, cataracts, retinal detachment, and much more. She also specializes in pediatric and strabismus and has performed many eyelid surgeries and a variety of other cosmetic procedures.

Outside of the office, Dr. Chaudhry enjoys crocheting and spending her free time with her husband and four young children.
